Please note that this offer submission is a step in your property journey, not a binding contract of sale. Both you and the property vendor must sign a formal contract of sale document before your offer becomes legally binding.

You maintain full flexibility to withdraw or adjust your offer at any time prior to signing a contract of sale document.
Once you proceed to a contract of sale, we recommend reviewing section 5 of the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act 1994, which outlines your cooling-off rights and the proper process for exercising them.
